Okay. So when my mom got home from school she let me go shopping. I was going to bring AK cuz my mom said I could bring one friend with me to the mall, however she couldnt go because her bf said no.. WOW. Anyway, I got many clothes. I got 5 pairs of pants and 7 shirts! For about $112. Great sales. Then I bought some new shoes.. which I love. DVS. Purple.. my second favorite color after orange of course. I am so happy. I will have new clothes to show off at school. (The shoes were $65 extra, and I spent $46 to fill my gastank... yeah 46, crazy) I only spent about $120 of my own. My mom let me use her Belk card (along with a 20% off coupon) and her Sears card, (with $10 off coupon) So I saved over $150. I got $44 jeans for $17, and $38 jeans for $16. i think that is a good deal! I also got a shirt, which is more than a shirt its like a cover shirt that has a hood made of really soft material, originally $58 but I got it for 75% off. I love it. I also had to get new work shoes.. nonslip.. $26 at Walmart. I also got socks.. I always buy socks while I am at walmart.. lol.. Always. I got corduroys too.. 3 pairs. So comfertable and they are coming back!! I love them. I got a gray, brown and like a tan color. All included in that first $120..(part of the 5 pairs of pants). Anyway i am so happy to have new clothes. I love them... Thank you mom...!!! But I have to go now.. I have to find my school schedule cuz i have new classes tomorrow! I am actually excited for school tomorrow! ttyl!

Nothing like a shopping spree to put a person in a great mood. Sounds like you are getting some casual clothes at some great prices; stores are anxious to clear inventory after Christmas. The rule when buying clothing or getting hair styles is not to get anything you will laugh at 20yrs from now in a picture. (eg sagging pants, and not too many guys can pull off skinny jeans lol) I get a laugh at people in the USA who whine over $3 a gallon gas; here in Canada it is over $4 an American gallon and in Europe around $8 an American gallon! In the future with the rapidly increasing middle class in India and China all wanting to live like we do, it would be smart for you to consider mpg as your first specification in buying a car. Big heavy cars/trucks will become dinosaurs.
ReplyDelete-It's easy to keep your mother off your back; don't do anything that will piss her off! Focus now on bringing up your grades especially in your bad subjects (spend some time on them at home) and enjoy some time with your friends without getting in trouble. (cos a young guy needs to have some fun too) bfn - Wayne :)
Smart shopping, Andrew! I hate shopping, maybe I should hire you to be my personal shopper, sounds like I'd save a lot of money. But there's no escaping that gas tank. Ugh. It cost me over $50 fill up. I get a week of commuting if I go no where else out of that.
ReplyDeleteIt's great that you're excited about school! Get your grades up, and stay out of trubs and your mom will know you're a saint!
Peace <3
