Birthday

So, as you all may know already my Birthday is on Saturday!! I will be turning 17. I have little plans. Friday, tomorrow, night me and my mom are going out to dinner at Rucker Johns, where I work because I have a $20 gift card and I also, being an employee, get 50% off of my dinner. So, me and her will get to be a little closer I think. Then Saturday morning I have to work at 8AM.. yeah I know working on my birthday... *sigh*. But I will get off at 4 and BV is going to sleep over.. however my mom said we can't sleep in the same bed.. haha. Also, I have to work Sunday morning too at 8AM... So I am going to have to bring BV home at like 730am.. so it is going to suck. We will both be tired. Anyway, then I will go to work and come home around 4 again.. most likely before 4, probably like 230.. both days. Then the numerous phone calls I will get and Facebook comments... ahh.. LOVE LIFE... lol. I am doing pretty good with my mother, not getting into trouble, although last night I rode my bike to BV's house and I stayed there for about an hour and a half before his mom caught me.. but she just kindly told me I had to go home now... BV didn't get in trouble and neither did I. So OMG my new classes! First period I have individual sports. and we pretty much screw around.. like for the next 3 weeks we are bowling.. we do things like that. I don't really care for the teacher though she seems like she could be a real B****.. but I am not judging... lol Second period is Horticulture, which the teacher is a weirdo!!! We havent done anything in class at all so far, so I don't know how that class will be...3rd period is Civics and Economics Honors... my teacher is probly the weirdest teacher I have ever had in my life, like no joke.. haha.. That room is filled with all the stupid sophmores who do not get my sense of humor at all... Then fourth period is Algebra 2.. going to be a fun class because I know everyone in there, and they are a bunch of characters, you could say? Yeah.. But that is what has been going on in my life...     I see you are on your way to teen old age lol. I think the worst thing about turning twenty is losing your 'irresponsible teen' free pass. But you are more responsible than you think cos you are holding down a job and going to school too. A word about personal finances; be careful with your money and keep your finances to yourself, it is nobody else's business (even friends can smell money like vultures lol) Never waste your hard-earned money on booze, drugs, gambling etc but only on worth-while items, and always keep savings in reserve. Stay away from credit cards until you are out of school and working.
    -I think BV's mother is softening up; continue to be respectful and nice to her and give it some time. Because BV is your good friend you should also look out for him and advise him if you see him going down the wrong path. Nice to have him over though and enjoy a good friend's company.
    -Remember in school to focus on maths, sciences, English, and computer courses; these are the ones most relevant for courses leading to future employment. Me, I just finished clearing out the driveways with the snowblower and wistfully looking at my new Triumph cos Spring is two months away. But a winter walk is nice. bfn- Wayne :)

    Well, Andrew, after some drama, things seem to be going really well! That's GREAT! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! At least you'll get quality time with your mom and BV, even if you have to work. (I worked every birthday from the time I was 14 until I was 21, and worked a lot since then unless they fell on a Saturday or Sunday.) It's good that BV's mom is easing up on you two, maybe she realizes you're just friends.

    My life? Things are pretty darn good. I run a fundraising event for a club I'm in, and it runs next Friday and Saturday, so I am psyched (and busier than a one-armed paper-hanger)! It's going to be a blast! Work is work. Eh...hehehehe.

Thank you for all the comments! I really do appreciate them. I read every one of them and I Love them. I would like to make a couple of rules though...

1. I do not like these two words so please don't use them: Jesus Christ or God Damn it. I would appreciate it.
