My step-mom
Hello everyone!! I was talking to my step-mom about various topics before i was going out with a friend, who btw was 4 hours LATE!! and she was like whats bothering you? And I told her about my mom, who i love more than anything, but she can be a real B word, and she was like there is something else. Can I take a guess.. I said Ok. She said.. are you gay. I was amazed that that idea even came into her head. And I just said yes. And so we talked about how i felt my father would never accept it and she seems to think he will. I don't know. I am glad my step-mom knows. I love her just as much as my real mom. She is always there for me and always will be. So.. now 2 people in my family know. My mom and my step-mom. Go figure.. two girls. That was a good talk. Then I went and got ice cream at friendlys.. even though its like 15 degrees outside... lol.

Thank you for all the comments! I really do appreciate them. I read every one of them and I Love them. I would like to make a couple of rules though...
1. I do not like these two words so please don't use them: Jesus Christ or God Damn it. I would appreciate it.
2. Please do not post my picture or anyone else's picture on my blog ANYWHERE with out my permission first.
3. Please no major negative comments. I can deal with criticizes but nothing that will hurt my feelings.

ReplyDeleteDon't know what it is, but the first two people in my life to hear the words "I'm gay" were also girls...not my mom, she's passed away, but my two BFFs...not so sure it's unusual, I see that a lot around here.
Well good on coming out again. It gets easier, and eventually, you toss the score card cause you no longer care who knows or not...I think I'm approaching that point!

Well that was nice; maybe you can gradually ease into the coming out thing but remember that your personal life is YOUR business unless you volunteer it. Everyone else is not entitled to know about your sex life. bfn - Wayne :)
